in order after this blurb are tos/rules, prices, and then the order form!!! for now, ill give a rundown of what im comfortable with -

i reserve the right to decline any commission!

i accept comms through feralhe.art messages, instagram, twitter and discord, my user is sir your vibes are disgusting#2521 on discord, please hit me up anytime!!!

terms of service

a - commissioning
ai - if you order more than 5 individual commissions at once, after that each one is 50% off! (most expensive would be counted first)> ai-b - if your commission is this large, ill complete an order in the queue after yours between every pair of yours that i do!
aii - multiple characters are full price per character!aiii - i can work with specific scene ideas or artistic liberty!aiv - i do not need a full reference to do a commission! photographs work, as well as (preferably unshaded) regular artwork of the character! > aiv-b - working from a description would constitute an extra charge of +25% due to the custom design aspect, but i can also do that in most cases
> aiv-c - in these cases, please acknowledge that lack of a complete reference may lead to errors, keep in mind biii
av - the form below is required for me to accept the commission! please input the commissioned character’s species under the blank marked ‘x’ to show you have read the TOS!
b - art process
bi - i work in a chronological queue unless i make it clear there is an exception!bii - i do not provide wips on feralhe.art message board! if you want wips, dm me on instagram, discord or twitter!biii - i do not make edits that were not specified in the commission order or clear on the ref! but, if i missed something that is specified or shown, i will edit free of charge!biv - you may ask for an update on your position in the queue, progress, or what im working on at any time! i will give you my best estimate on timeframe, and will also provide this information every time i send a WIP!bv - i work on commissions on even days only! odd days are reserved for personal art, off days, and larger, non commission projects!
c - payment
ci - i accept payment only after, with the exception of $70+ commissions which would require half upon the completion and approval of a sketch!cii - i use paypal, all prices are in USD!ciii - i reserve the right to increase price for complicated commissions! (will obviously be specified before the commission is started!)civ - you must have the funds available when you order, do not buy without knowing for sure you have enough and that nothing will happen to the money during the process. 0 TOLERANCE.
d - image use
di - i require credit whenever posted! feedingseagulls or gulls on toyhouse, sir your vibes are disgusting#2521 on discord, or feedingseagulls on any other social media are places i can be credited! watermark alone is not enough!
dii - you may edit whatever you’d like as long as credit is still given!you may not claim the work as your own or trace/recreate for profit! > dii-b - you may trace/heavily reference, again, with credit and without profit!
diii - i do not do private commissions, and i reserve the right to share the art (with credit to you) as commission examples or social media posts!
e - refunds and cancellations
ei - i reserve the right to cancel a commission at any timeeii - a commission may be cancelled by the client before work has been started, no issue!eiii - a commission in it’s sketching stage can be cancelled only with half payment.eiv - a commission past the lineart stage cannot be cancelled
